Then Is Now keeps alive the big band traditional sound with updated arrangements by jazz greats Duke Ellington, Nat King Cole, Oscar Peterson, George Gershwin and more.
Inna Faliks will perform saxophonist/vocalist Matt Catingub’s arrangement of the Gershwin classic ‘Rhapsody In Blue’.
The evening features an ensemble of Catingub, DCJE Artists-in-Residence Roy McGrath, Luke Malewicz, Dave Katz, and Chris Siebold, drummer Steve Moretti, — and featured guest artist Jens Lindemann, the internationally renowned trumpeter.
