The Hollywood Trio

The Hollywood Piano Trio

Roberto Cani, violin
Robert deMaine, cello
Inna Faliks, piano

The Hollywood Piano Trio’s passionate and commanding interpretations of the standard piano trio repertoire is invigorated by its commitment to Los Angeles based composers, those who immigrated to LA, and those whose musical life led them to a career in film.

The trio was formed in 2018 and is comprised of three of LA’s most outstanding musicians. Each of the three have distinguished careers as concerto soloists, recitalists, chamber musicians and have appeared with major orchestras and music festivals throughout the United States, Europe and Asia. They occupy key positions in LA’s musical landscape. Cani is Concertmaster with the LA Opera; DeMaine is Principal cellist with LA Philharmonic, and Faliks is Head of Piano and Professor of Piano at UCLA Herb Alpert School of Music. Each brings their unique, multifaceted international experience and their vibrant personalities to the medium.
